Eine Brustvergr\u00f6\u00dferung bei M\u00e4nnern ist nicht immer ein Krankheitszeichen. Hormonelle Unregelm\u00e4\u00dfigkeiten, Fettleibigkeit, Alterung, einige Medikamente und einige Tumore k\u00f6nnen im Jugendalter eine Gyn\u00e4komastie verursachen. Die h\u00e4ufigsten Ursachen f\u00fcr eine Gyn\u00e4komastie sind hormonelle Ver\u00e4nderungen im Jugendalter und eine altersbedingte Brustvergr\u00f6\u00dferung. Gyn\u00e4komastie kann bei M\u00e4nnern, insbesondere bei Jugendlichen, zu einer Abnahme des Selbstbewusstseins und zu sozialen und psychischen Problemen f\u00fchren.<\/p>\n<p>Gyn\u00e4komastie wird in drei Typen unterteilt. Der erste Typ wird haupts\u00e4chlich in der Adoleszenz beobachtet und es kommt zu einer Zunahme des echten Brustgewebes. Die zweite Art der Gyn\u00e4komastie wird normalerweise bei \u00e4lteren Menschen und \u00fcbergewichtigen Menschen beobachtet. Bei diesem Typ wird eine Zunahme des Fettgewebes in der Brust beobachtet. Die dritte Art der Gyn\u00e4komastie wird als gemischter Typ bezeichnet. Bei dieser Art von Gyn\u00e4komastie kommt es zu einer Zunahme sowohl des Brustgewebes als auch des Fettgewebes. Die Behandlungsmethoden variieren je nach Art der Gyn\u00e4komastie. Die Art der Gyn\u00e4komastie kann durch pr\u00e4operative Sonographie und k\u00f6rperliche Untersuchung bestimmt
