L'augmentation mammaire chez l'homme n'est pas toujours un signe de maladie. Les irr\u00e9gularit\u00e9s hormonales, l'ob\u00e9sit\u00e9, le vieillissement, certains m\u00e9dicaments utilis\u00e9s et certaines tumeurs peuvent provoquer une gyn\u00e9comastie \u00e0 l'adolescence. Les causes les plus courantes de la gyn\u00e9comastie sont les changements hormonaux \u00e0 l'adolescence et l'augmentation mammaire due au vieillissement. La gyn\u00e9comastie peut entra\u00eener une diminution de la confiance en soi et des probl\u00e8mes sociaux et psychologiques chez les hommes, en particulier chez les adolescents.<\/p>\n<p>La gyn\u00e9comastie est divis\u00e9e en trois types. Le premier type est surtout observ\u00e9 \u00e0 l'adolescence et il y a une augmentation du tissu mammaire r\u00e9el. Le deuxi\u00e8me type de gyn\u00e9comastie est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement observ\u00e9 chez les personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es et les personnes ob\u00e8ses. Dans ce type, une augmentation du tissu adipeux dans le sein est observ\u00e9e. Le troisi\u00e8me type de gyn\u00e9comastie est appel\u00e9 type mixte. Dans ce type de gyn\u00e9comastie, il y a une augmentation \u00e0 la fois du tissu mammaire et du tissu adipeux. Les m\u00e9thodes de traitement varient selon les types de gyn\u00e9comastie. Le type de gyn\u00e9comastie peut \u00eatre d\u00e9termin\u00e9 par une \u00e9chographie pr\u00e9op\u00e9ratoire et un examen
