Une alimentation malsaine et des facteurs g\u00e9n\u00e9tiques dans l'enfance peuvent causer des probl\u00e8mes esth\u00e9tiques dans la jambe. Le but de l'esth\u00e9tique des jambes est de rendre les jambes visuellement esth\u00e9tiques, harmonieuses et attrayantes. Le principe de base du traitement en esth\u00e9tique des jambes est d'amincir les zones \u00e9paisses qui provoquent une disproportion ou d'\u00e9paissir les zones proportionnellement minces. La principale pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour le remplissage des zones minces dans la mise en forme des jambes est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement les applications de greffe de graisse. Dans les applications de greffe de graisse, la graisse pr\u00e9lev\u00e9e par liposuccion est transf\u00e9r\u00e9e vers les zones manquantes apr\u00e8s avoir subi des proc\u00e9dures sp\u00e9ciales. Il est recommand\u00e9 que le patient utilise le corset pendant au moins un mois.<br \/>Chez les patients ayant subi un transfert de graisse, le patient reste \u00e0 l'h\u00f4pital pendant une journ\u00e9e. Le patient est habill\u00e9 d'un corset \u00e0 la fin de l'intervention. Il est recommand\u00e9 que le patient ne bouge pas autant que possible pendant au moins deux semaines chez les patients subissant un transfert de graisse. Apr\u00e8s 1 mois, des exercices actifs autres que le jogging peuvent \u00eatre d\u00e9marr\u00e9s.
